This weeks player of the week was Tylenn Miller. Tylenn has brought energy and effort to the defense and continues to get better. Friday night vs. Bald Knob, Tylenn had 13 Tackles, 1 Sack and 4 Tackles for a loss. Congratulations Tylenn keep working!

Des Arc Schools release early on Thursday, September 12 for High School Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled for 2:00-6:00. PreK dismisses at 12:45, Elementary at 1:00, and High School at 1:15.
If your child is absent tomorrow, all school picture retakes will be Monday, Nov. 4th.
*SENIOR picture retakes are Nov. 4th as well.
The Booster Club and Student Council will be set up at the Jr. High game again tomorrow night if you would like to purchase an "eagle head" or renew your sponsor banner for the football field. Eagles are first come first serve and must be paid for before the names are added. Thank you for your support!
A few of the student council members attended the Chamber of Commerce meeting tonight. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Paul Guess for inviting them.
Congratulations to our player of the week Daviyon Bell. Daviyon used his explosiveness and great vision to lead the team with 160 yards rushing on 11 carries and 1 rushing TD. Daviyon also had a 45 yard Punt return for a TD. Also pictured is the starting offensive line (Chandler Dobbins, Brody Swaim, Brody Benton, Cole Hunt, and Oakley Davenport) who helped lead the way to our over 350 yards rushing! Without them none of this is possible.

We have around thirty pieces of the old basketball court that we have stored in the old home ec building. We will no longer be able to store them due to the remodel of the building and have decided to give them away. If anyone would like to have a piece of the old court, call the superintendent's office, high school or maintenance and we will meet you at the building and you can pick it up. We have to have it out of the building by the end of next week.
