Sports Update: Congratulations to all of our football players that competed in "The Pride of the Delta" weight-meet. We had several place in the top three of their weight class. Including Chandler Dobbins 1st Place, Brody Benton 3rd Place, Cole Eldridge 2nd place, Gabe Berry 2nd place, Cole Hunt 2nd place, Braeden English 3rd Place. #ItsAGreatDayToBeAnEagle!

Sports Update: Our Eagle football team will be competing tomorrow at England high school in the "Pride of the Delta" weightlifting competition. It will start at 4PM and is free to get in. Also the Jr. Eagle and Jr. Lady Eagle Track teams will be competing to win back to back conference championships in Forrest City! Field events will begin at 1:30. Please come support our student athletes at one of the events and watch them compete. #GoEagles

The deadline for EARLY ENTRY to the Miss Des Arc Schools Pageant is tomorrow. Forms may be turned in at the school offices today or Stelina's Salon tomorrow from 11:00-3:00. The Miss Des Arc Schools division (11th/12th grade) will have cash scholarships to give away. $200 for the winner sponsored by D3 Auto, $100 for 1st runner up sponsored by Bumper to Bumper(Severn's Auto), and $50 for 2nd runner up sponsored by MAR Fisher ENT. We have door prizes and donations from nearly 20 businesses from the community. We'd like to thank them for their support!

These students did a great job at History Day!!!! Keylee was awarded 2nd in the performance category and will advance to Nationals at the University of Maryland! Eden and Lilly were awarded 3rd in the exhibit division and will be a possible alternate for Nationals! Great job Mrs. English and students! Go Eagles!!!

We've got some great prizes for the Miss Des Arc Pageant. April 20th, 10:00 AM at First United Methodist Family Life Center.

Des Arc High School will be sending home a pair of Eclipse glasses with each student this Friday.

This week DAES students battled against surrounding districts for the Co-Op's Battle of the Books. The Bookcaneers (5th/6th) came home with 3rd place and the Tampa Bay Bookcaneers (3rd/5th) came in 5th place. We are SO PROUD of our students!

Kindergarten Registration Packets can NOW be picked up!

Attention all Eagle Football fans! Now that we are heavy into our off season weight training, we are encouraging the kids to help maximize their training through nutrition. One way we achieve this is through post workout protein intake and we could use your help! We are asking for donations to help meet these needs. Suggested items are bottled protein shakes, protein bars, protein powder, chocolate milk/milk, blenders, peanut butter/bread, uncrustables, etc. If you would like to donate please get in touch with Coach Barbaree or Coach Smith to arrange a drop off.
