2nd quarter report cards will go home with students today!

Des Arc Schools will be open tomorrow (01/13/25), starting at the normal time. We will also run regular bus routes. However, if any roads are still too bad to go down, the driver will not drive down that road. In this instance, you will need to provide transportation for your child. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Due to incoming winter weather, Des Arc Schools will dismiss early tomorrow, Thursday, January 9th.
All after school practices or meetings are cancelled.
Dismissal times will be as follows:

DES- 1:45
DHS- 2:00

The basketball games scheduled for this Friday vs. Carlisle, have been rescheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23.

Semester tests begin today at the high school. Students are only required to come for tests they must take. Students who are exempt will not be counted absent.

Des Arc Elementary is accepting applications for a self-contained Para Pro position. Applicants must have 60 college hours or have passed the Para Pro Praxis Test. Classified applications can be found on the district website and should be emailed to hollandc@desarcschools.org or turned in to the elementary office as soon as possible. Brian and Terri Kinder with Kinder Songs performed a wonderful Christmas Concert for
preschool on December 9, 2024. We are thankful to Hy for sponsoring the concert and providing Christmas goodies for all the students and parents. Thank you and Merry Christmas to Hippy and Kinder Songs.
