🦅💚This weeks Des Arc Eagle Farm Bureau player of the game is Hayden Brown. Hayden is the ultimate team player. He did all of the things that contributed to us winning the game. Defensively, he had 5 tackles, 2 tackles for a loss, and 1 interception. Offensively he had one reception for 18 yards and a TD. Also what doesn’t show up in the stat column is his blocking on the perimeter which helped us make some big plays! Congratulations Hayden and the Des Arc Eagles on their victory! 🦅💚

Big thanks to Greenway Equipment for helping out Des Arc Schools today. The starter went out on our mower and can not be fixed until next week. Called Chris McDonald at Greenway and he had us a mower delivered within 15 minutes. That's life in a small town!

The Des Arc Band Boosters will have their first meeting of the year on Monday, August 14th @ 6:30 pm in the Band Room. This is for ALL PARENTS of students enrolled in in the Band 7th-12th grade. Plese plan to attend. Thanks.

The required Annual Title I Meeting for Des Arc School District will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 5:45 at Des Arc High School in Room 106. All parents in the Des Arc School District and interested community citizens are urged to attend. Federal guidelines require that a school wide meeting be held to disseminate information regarding federal programs. Those attending will receive information concerning allotment amounts, plans for the use of Title I funds, and Parents’ Right to Know. District performance on state mandated assessments will be presented as well. The effect that federally funded programs have on student achievement will be discussed. Information concerning free and reduced meals will be provided to those in attendance. It is extremely important that this form is completed and returned to the schools because Des Arc School District’s federal allotment is dependent on free and reduced lunch count. The meeting will be recorded and available on the school’s website for those unable to attend.

Thanks to all who supported the Band on their annual Car Wash.
