Meeting called to order by Lesia White at 9:30 am.
Dr. Sherrell presented a merit based pay scale for certified tested, non-tested, and principals, that the district would use in addition to state merit pay.
Motion to approve the merit pay scale as presented was made by Jeff Singleton
