Called to order at 1:30 PM.
1st Item of Business: Position Appointments for 2025/2025 Certified PPC Secretary, Chair, and Vice-Chair.
Jeff Singleton and Carolyn Brown were nominated for the position of Secretary. Jeff Singleton voted as 2025/2026 Secretary in a 3/2 vote.
Robyn English was nominated herself for Vice-Chair, second by Carolyn Brown. No other nominations were made. Robyn English was appointed 2025/2026 Vice-Chair.
Lesia White was nominated for the position of Chair by Kylee Burge. 2nd by Robin English. No other nominations were made. Lesia White was appointed 2025/2026 Chair.
Motion to adjourn by Robin English.
